Can we allow Rakan's heal to trigger on jungle monsters?

Most of the spells that works on champions but not on minions works as well on few monsters (Nida's marks, Kled's mounted Q, ...). Plus it would feel really good for Rakan jungler.

This may sound a bit goofy, but I could see situations where purple side bot lanes could abuse that when pushed to tower by constantly proccing reliable heals off Gromp. Sounds stupid I know, but just what comes to mind.

It doesn't sound stupid at all, but Rakan will have more benefits to use his Q on ennemy champions rather than on Gromp to me. If he uses his Q on Gromp, he may not be able to reach his ADC before the heal procs, while if he uses it on an enemy champion, he will trade a bit and would heal his adc in time. This buff would benefit more to Rakan jungle, since he struggles a bit to survive in the jungle.

Can we not? He is overloaded anyway.

Rakan is one of the least loaded champion of the few last releases...

Dude, ever since release, hes one of the worst performing Supports in the game...

And the "Hes new, people dont know how to play him" argument really doesnt work any more, hes out for long enough now and his Winrate is still 45%...

I agree, he is by far the most fun support to play because of his crazy mobility and his fantastic VO, but that's all he has going for him. Healthwise he is inadequate, he has almost no real laning presence, his scaling is terrible, his only real peel makes him an easy target and since he has such bad health scaling trying to peel for your team usually leds to a double kill. he is the first champion I've played that I legitimately regret buying, he is absolutely pointless unless you are in voice chat with your Xayah, at which point his greatest benefit is the added damage to her W against towers.

Actually, played jungler he is quite useful. Despite not having a long durability (which is why I ask to allow his Q heal to proc on jungle monsters), his ganks are pretty powerful and he is still extremely fun to play.
