So, Rumble nerfs. When?

Let's face it, Rumble(mid) is sleeper op in soloQ(somehow ppl still didn't catch up lol), but he is also pick/ban in proscene.

And as Rumble main, I wouldn't mind changes that would push him back to +-1% pr.

The most logical nerf imo, would be to revert the ult cd buff he got in 9.7, this would lower his wr overall, but his presence in proscene wouldn't change that much. If, for whatever reason, Riot wanted to push him away from proplay completely, they would need to nerf his wave clear(or buff other champs). They could also nerf cd on his w, which again, would be big hit, not only to his survivability, but also his heat management. There are more options, but these are imo most logical ones.

I don't think that Rumbles kit is that problematic and it is solvable by numbers adjusting, so hopefully, Riot won't pull some Galio/Kalista/Akali bullshit.
