Azir is kinda nuts

Ok, I've let the patch hit and settle for a while. I've played against a few Azirs. I've checked his stats. Everything has led me to the conclusion. Azir is insane

Riot has stated that a high skill floor champion like Azir is balanced when below 50% win rate. That's a reasonable place for him, given the context of how much learning it takes to be good at him. The only reason for him to be over 50% win rate, like, say, 52% would be if he was completely OP. I genuinely think Azir is very, very strong right now.

Do you actually have quotes or are you just making things up?

The entire point of changing Azir was to increase his winrate with less experienced Azir players and decrease the gap between 1-50 and 150-200 games played Azir players. Azir's weaknesses are more apparent than ever, especially against mid laners that outrange him(which are a lot).

He is pretty insane but a lot of the champions are so not sure.

I mean, he's like 11th in Win Rate for Mid. Compared to champions with in the ~5-7% pick rate bracket he's still like 8th.

Give it a couple of patches and Riot will probably reassess how strong he is. Realistically, I doubt Riot will be making many more balance changes in the patches leading up to preseason.
