Agreed, so many champs with means of doing Ad dmg for % of a champs health well Ap champs are left out in the balancing, i feel things are being unfairly balanced in favor of ad champs, since Ad items are cheaper then Ap items which already give ad assassin champs strong early game damage to shut down ap champs if they are not constantly paying attention, so know if the ap champ tries to get health ap items for survive-ability all the ad assassin has to do is get a Blade of the ruined king and bam the ap champ is back to being picked off in 3 shots cause of the dmg % of health the ad is given, not to mention the ad champs have higher base movement speed as well so they can easily dodge most kindas of range damage you try to hit them with, i feel theirs some strong issues between these match ups that need correcting to make things actually balanced but for not work on fixing the damage % of a champions health that's only given to ad champs, ap champs diserve a better chance at fighting.
