[Gameplay] Azir unable to attack or move after a glitched "missed" auto attack

Type of Bug: Gameplay

Description: Azir completely stops auto attacking and unable to move after glitched "missed" auto attack. In the video you can see the auto animation go off on Master Yi, doing no damage, then Azir is unable to auto attack or move (I was spam clicking attack move and movement, this has happened to me previously but only with fizz when he E's many patches ago and was never fixed).

Expected result: Azir unable to move using move command for a duration and unable to issue auto attacks.
