[GAMEPLAY] Azir - Unable to move if Fizz E's during soldier auto

UPDATE: This ONLY happens when Fizz E's inside my soldier auto, AND e's before auto animation finishes, AND i keep autoing and it retargets minions before the auto animation finishes, it prevents Azir from moving.

When Azir's soldiers* autos Fizz, and the auto animation doesn't finish before Fizz E's, Azir cannot move. In this clip I was stuck forever, but in the last patch I could move again after Fizz finished his E.

Although this was from a few patches ago, I believe it is still an issue and hasn't read any patch notes of this being fixed.

To replicate:

1. auto fizz with soldiers
2. have fizz E during auto animation before damage hits
3. keep autoing so soldier retargets to minions
4. issue movement commands while fizz is in his E animation

azir does not move.
