Who's going to be broken with it?

I imagine can all abuse it. anyone else spot someone this will be OP with?

What about good but not OP? all seem like they'd have some potential, but I'm less sure.

LeBlanc could use the help with wave clear. Yes she is a strong mage with awesome burst, but out side of that she is useless to the team while pushing waves. Cass, could use the help as well, not OP in the slightest. As for the others, I would not say it is going to be OP on them, but give them something they can use to make them better. Katarina and Akali obviously don't need the help, but DFG was OP on them far worse than this item will be I'm sure.

Nidalee Played against her on the pbe and she rushed it. Late game it's old 1 shot squishies Nidalee and even if she fails her pounce fuckin recharges the thing back to full so her execute gets the 100 stacks too

its 100 base dmg and 15% of your ap on next ability

burst mages will use this one to empower their burst and will rely on the ap scaling it offers, will mainly charge it through movement spamming mages will use this to proc often and will rely mostly on its base damages, they will charge it through casting

i made some math with it once viktor with this item hex core and lichbane could get something like iver 800 dmg with q only, and it didnt involwe the aoe dmg (also i dont remember which level of hex core was it )

so yeah ... bye bye rabbadons you wont be missed

I'm feeling a strong AP Ez vibe from this thing. He certainly could use the waveclear and spams enough to utilize it. Also feeling some major AOE boosts to Karthus. Q (proc)>Q>Q>Q(proc) every 4 seconds at amazing ranges for roughly 120-140 mana lv 5... should be fun.
