Uhh...you mean slowed more and more the closer you are to its center and trying to run away? And stunning in the middle.

Yeah, I thought about that, but the slow doesn't increase as you get near the middle, it pulls you into the middle if it's augmented though. You could do it somewhat like Shen's sword passing through you (causes you to run away from him slower than towards him) but a circular effect with a stun in the middle.
