@Riot What is the reason for not bringing back green wards?

Same reason they used to remove them

Even In high elo average player would build 1 per game

Pinkward always outclassed damn green wards

Specially new whatever they are called wards they are even better then pinkwards

It was an anti-snowball feature. The way it used to work is like this. The team that is already ahead obviously has more gold. This means they can afford to buy more wards. The team that is behind either has to put themselves further behind by trying to keep up in wards or put themselves at further disadvantage by not having good vision. More or less it came down to the team that is already ahead gets vastly superior vision control and the team that is behind gets choked out. The trinkets were added and purchase of normal green wards was removed to somewhat level the playing field as far as vision goes. Both teams have equal number of wards whether ahead or behind.
