Wdym.. if anything he has more ways to escape then Jhin. Jhin gets passive MS only, while Draven also gets MS and his E

Well assassins should, in theory, be surprising their targets and see their health fall to zero instantly. So I'm gonna say ulting in from the sides/back, preferably out of a bush, is the best option. He can't exactly react to a Talon he didn't know was there to begin with.

I personally think Jhin is only OP if you let him be, like most ADCs. I believe his power comes from his build, so if you shut him down early that should keep him from reaching his full potential. Even if he does finish his build, a well timed ambush from pretty much any assassin should keep him out of the fight. There was one game where I was essentially pinned in base by the enemy Nocturne all late game, as any time I left, he'd be hiding in the jungle waiting for me and I was dead before I could react. What happened was I had died earlier and went to rejoin my team, but since I was alone I was an easy target for Nocturn. You should never engage Jhin, or any ADC really, from the front unless you can take the damage, which I have found most can not. If you're team lacks an assassin I would suggest keeping Jhin stunned/rooted so he can't attack/run. It also depends on who is playing him, in my opinion. I'm sure the people in my club with 1-2 million mastery points on him can break him far more than my sorry 500k ass.

I mean, compared to lots of other champs right now, yes. Mf and Draven have higher damage, Cait is always a miserable experience if shes worth half a damn (no matter how hard she falls off). And this is just the marksman role, not even to mention Fizz, Jax, and any number of lethalitards...

Jhin's Curtain Call does NOTHING to FULL health Champions. Yea, he might kill you ADC if he lands every bullet.

His Deadly Flourish ( W ) can't deal a quarter of your health either, even if Jhin is fed.

What I described above are his abilities which allows him to hurt you from very far away.

Of course, a fed Jhin is gonna hurt like a truck. He has item 3094 too? Oh boi, prepare yourselves.

But frankly, anytime I'm against a Jhin, I'm never scared of him. I know how he works and his weaknesses.

However, I DO NOT wanna have a fed MissFortune all over my face. The 1 Q almost one shot bs is just unbearble.

Even as a Support, she can be annoying. She comes towards you, uses her E and walks away. And if she builds AP? It's worse.

A fed Kaisa would be pretty frustrating too, but since I'm the one playing her, guess that won't happen. :D

######But I know how to play against Kai'Sa too, so that wouldn't be a problem. :)

Furthermore, everyone builds her AD nowadays, which is...yea, I get that rushing item 3124 and attack speed items made her weak early, but AP is so much better because of her passive.
