veigar is now useless

veigar in aram is now useless. And let's face it, aram is the only mode worth playing. So delete him. He is so squishy, that he can't possibly survive and for the most part, the enemy can just ignore him if they are ad based. His "utility" used to be an instant stun that at least lasted. He could use it as an escape of sorts (stun the enemy and run like crazy) but now it takes so long that he has to set it in front of himself, run through it, and hope the enemy doesn't have flash to flash through it.

His cd is so long on all his spells it is pathetic. With just his q on reasonable cd ... it is his only useful attack, but his basic attacks are so useless (51 - 95) his only source of killing is his spells.

Anyone who isn't stunned (and most of the time those who are) who actually get hit my his w (dark matter) just aren't paying attention. Anyone that actually gets stunned by his e are also likewise just not paying attention.

Just delete him. Yeah, I paid for him. I don't care at this point. He is worthless.
