VEIGARS "BUFFS"
After i read the pbe notes i was like OMG THEY GUTTED HIM. Then today came and i wanted to try him. Because don't knock him until you try him. I tried to convince my self that his q buffs would be enough. Boy was i wrong

Q: Ok the positives in lane you can clear two minions giving you two ap per q. That's it. Negatives it's completely useless in teamfights you can't hit the carries because tanks are infront of you. It's a skilshot now.

W: it's completely useless take it out of your spell rotation if your going to play him.

E: The reason his W is useless because it takes .75 seconds for you stun to land which was its only way to hit. The only way his E is good now is to flash E like annie. TThey went for counterplay but now it's unusable forget having dashes. I went up against a cho mid and all he had to do was right click to get out the stun. And if he got trapped in the middle i couldn't Q because he was behind minions.

R: No longer as strong removed his burst on mages. He can't combo with DFG anymore just sucks now.
Overall there's no incentive to ever play Veigar over any other mid Laner. Until they revert him his pick rate will be
