Dear Riot,
If you are going to allow this ability into the game as is, Then you are morally obligated to revisit and retract the nerfs to 
Ult done a couple seasons ago.

The only two nerfs they've done to Thresh ult were arm time up .25 secs and extra damage past the first wall being gone. He got cd buffs between those two.
