Idea for Smite Item - Reduce Cooldown of Trinket item?

I think that making a smite item reduce the cooldown of trinket items would help junglers be a lot more useful. They could ward or clear wards more often. I think that having a reduction of 20-30% would be noticeable but not incredibly broken.
