Get rid of the 
and make Lee Sin have to buy SS. This way he has to choose between damage OR mobility, not both.
Not only will this make him choose between damage and mobility, but having some junglers make the choice to build sightstone or another damage/tank item could bring more strategic choices to the jungle.
To further encourage people to build sightstone, the bonus health could be bumped up or something.

It makes him choose between mobility with his 3 wards, or damage with another damage item. With he gets 3 wards and with warrior enchant he gets damage as well. If you get rid of trackers then he has to get stalkers and SS and has to sacrifice one of his other core damage items.
