The Last "Hit for a thing" Passive

Can the design team start fading out this trend? Having more and more champions getting the exact same passive is, at least from my point of view, redundant and a bit boring. Especially since it's main purpose is to just give him 3 hits so his tongue lash can stun, instead of slow, meaning it's almost EXACTLY like Braum's.

And personally, I thought giving it for Tahm doesn't exactly fit him in terms of theme. Maybe something to emphasize "Making a deal", or his taste for the "Finer things". Or try to incorporate his siren's song into his kit? I don't know exactly, but I feel like his kit and the teaser paint two very different pictures of the character. One is a giant frog King Dedede, the other is an "Ol' Scratch" kinda folk figure with a strange yet captivating charisma for such a demonic figure.

I think it lends to a greater skill cap. Instead of just button mashing you have to time your ability activation to greatest effect.

Hell, doesn't Braum have to stack FOUR times to get his stun off? Why does this guy get three?

I feel like it's one of those features kind of shoved in there to make him viable as a support champ. It's like they went "okay, we definitely want him to eat people and lash at them like Likitung, but where can we fit in hard CC to his kit?" "Oh yeah! Just give him a stacking passive!"
