Obviously the Wiki could be wrong here, but if it isn't I am really quite curious on what the first and last lines mean. The second one can at least be that Yordles are much more empathetic than humans, but what Spirit related to the Yordles is she referring to? Do Yordles go around "inspiring" people?
If context could be given, or at least a "It will all be explained in time, young grasshopper" from a Red, that'd be swell.

I remember reading a riot post somewhere (sorry I can't find it now) that this particular interaction would be expanded upon more in the future.
I would like to bring up that in Gnar's lore the hunter refers to seeing a yordle as good luck.
I could be way off track, but I wonder if it has something to do with the Mothership of the Yordles. Maybe she sees them as some sort of spirit, since they came from the heavens.
A reasonable explanation for her views is that Illaoi is just ignorant and making assumptions or believes in myths and stories that incorrectly describe yordles. Her world view appears kind of narrow; she may have never seen or interacted before with a yordle and thus just brashly called them spirits. Perhaps she's a bit racist/speciest?

Maybe Yordles have their own guiding deity? They could be League's version of dwarves: a vertically challenged race specially crafted by some ancient (possibly alien?) god. The enhanced empathy they share could be some kind of manifestation of that.

Could be her Cthulhu vision makes her see yordles as spirits, could be that yordles are more akin to the spirits without them knowing it, could be telling of a coming champion, who knows?

My guess at #1 is thats the taunt for Lulu who is a yordle and has pix helping her.
The third one looks weird but could possibly be connected somehow to the new Poppy rework? She is listed as the one who inspired Galio...
By inspiration, I assume she's referring to how Heimerdinger and other yordles assisted humans in their technology and stuff.
I would guess this has to do with Yordles and Tahm Kench

Ziggs, Lulu, Teemo, Rumble, Tristana, Heimerdinger, Ziggs, / Tahm - Rivals
Gnar / Tahm - Of no relation
Fizz / Tahm - Rivals (while he isn't technically a yordle)
It seems that all modern Yordles have met Tahm Kench because they can be easily manipulated by him.
EDIT: As to the other two quotes... They seem like stereotypes. For example a small Yordle like Heimerdinger would inspire a weak man because he is just a small furball who everyone looks down upon. Also, Illaoi isn't the most empathetic person (obviously) and Yordles want to make friends because isolation is dangerous for a Yordle. In most of the Yordle's lore they either make friends to cope with loneliness (Teemo) or get devoured by it! (Veigar)
The last one might be directed towards Poppy with her rework coming.
