Never underestimate the power of attack speed!

I started a new strategy that is consistently good with with my style of ASAP build.

ASAP = Attack Speed Ability Power

The way it works is to have an early advantage of top lane using blind because usually most players start with auto attack and blind makes them miss.

You start with teleport to the farther tower on top lane from your base then you ward river and then go near the mid point of where minions clash because most tend to ward grass but thanks to passive you can stand there and wait... when the enemy gets close by you start with auto attack then hit with blind and auto attack if you can and in 3-4 attacks including blind they are about 1/3 health left when you got almost full and you got top lane advantage because you can hit more attacks then they can at start.
