Fix Zilean and Shyvana, 2 of my main champs. HOW !

Zilean passive gives experience, probably one of the worse passives in game. Instead of XP boost, change Zilean passive so that he could drop bombs without a need to stop aka "drop bombs on fly". Fix Done.

Shyvana passive benefits from dragons and it makes her super predictable, meanwhile she has no CC whatsoever. Instead, change her passive into somewhat Udyr's Bear Stance, that's all Shyvana needs to be great again without overpowering her.

Awful suggestions that don't fix or even address any existing problems at all.

Zilean passive is more powerful than you believe, but it could definitely use a couple quality of life updates. It sucks when you finally get in range to give somebody EXP, only to find out they needed 10. Or if you click somewhere close to them because you try to get there and throw bombs or use your ult, just to get locked in the passive animation and become unable to cast anything. He should be able to give Allies exp if he himself would level up from it, not just the other way around imo.

Shyv doesn't really need any changes at all.
