Uhh, no. That's how she always was. All they did was switch it from the beginning of you pressing e to the end of her teleporting. It takes the exact same amount of time to do anything lol generally speaking

nop. they didnt even take away the first part. she still has 0.05 cast time in her first shunpo + 0.20 on her second and a stand still moment for 0.10 Yes i tested it out (it actually is a bug) also she cant do E Q 100% of the time. half of the time it wont buffer the Q. Also pre rework her shunpo was instant.
