from 60% to 50% cool down refund when hit a monster camp. this nerf was done cause she needed a nerf Now eve is too "weak" so they buff a full 40% more damage on her R and this apparently wont make her need a nerf again??

10% cd refund on Q is worth so much that they buff her ult for 40% and that wont be too strong. but reverting the Q would make her too strong?

Eve is my go to jungler when i get that role but now i wont be able to play her due to her being perma banned. k thanks.

Riot's balancing is a joke now so better get used to it. They rather slap on more damage than try to actually fix anything or revert anything, evident in these changes here.

Man do I miss season 5 :(

Realistically this buff only impacts a small window in the game where Evelynn is post-6 but doesn't have that much AP against any of her normal intended targets. Her ult already insanely overkills after like 15 minutes unless you're very behind. It's not as big as people think.

That said, it's still such a lazy and poor direction for a buff that I don't feel is even necessary.

Her Q is up all the time. It's her clear, her damage, her primary tool for getting things done. Even a small nerf to this ability is a huge nerf to Evelynn overall.

In contrast, her ult has a long cooldown. She doesn't get it all the time, and using it is a big spike in power for her. Buffing the ult makes those power spikes stronger, but doesn't affect anything outside of those brief moments.

League needs more burst. Fights take so long I go read a book and come back and I'm only half dead.

Game definitely needs more damage. League also needs more champions made by CertainlyT. Akali rework is such a great example.

This buff will do a whole lot less then people are making it out to do. Overall it's a 20% damage increase on her ultimate to enemies with below 30% hp. Realistically this means almost nothing because the only people this will affect is extremely high hp targets like Cho or Sion or if Eve isn't building AP for some reason because of how high the execute damage already is.

To be fair, this will only ensure that people hit who might have some weak little 1-10 HP left after her ult now die.

Tbh though..... I kill FAR more people with Eve's E than her R. Many times, R is just a way to catch someone who got over a wall with a flash etc.
