If you made a post saying "Make all the champions free and use IP to buy skins upvote for visability!" people would undoubtably upvote the shit out of it but it doesn't give anymore reason to acually go through with it.

I somehow highly doubt that Riot would do this because

"Our standard policy for a long time was to not offer refunds, and these recent changes were implemented to better assist our players. Every account is given three refund tokens in order to give Summoners an opportunity to exchange content that they regretted purchasing or bought accidentally. In other words, you are provided with three exceptions to our no refund policy, and we will not be able to provide you with more tokens once they are all used up."

I think that this was a stretch on Riot's part to even begin handing out refunds, and with the Hextech Crafting system there is even les reason to do so. I think we should be glad for what we currently have.

Meanwhile, those refunds should be used wisely. Only ever on RP purchases, as that's real money spent, IP should be used fairly wisely until you have everything you can use it for, which unless you own every champion in the game...plus runes and all that..

honestly I think I just used my first the other day to refund kindred whom I bought with RP to buy Jinx at the same price. admittedly being only level 14 that's not a huge stretch but i really don't plan to make many purchases I'd go out of my way to refund. with 2 tokens left, I'm keeping those in reserve.

It was a gift because at the time I played a touch more support, didn't buy it myself. Don't play her as often anymore, but she's a good support, and in the right hands, a good mid. (note:I am not those right hands. yet. ..I kinda wanna be.) But then most champs are only really 'good' in the right hands. oh well.

Dont get me wrong, i am very excited for the new hextech boxes, but that doesnt mean I (and many others) wasted the option of refunds before we even spent a dollar on the game.

I dont even understand the concept of 'farming upvotes'. Like what? Its not like i get money from getting upvotes xD I dont gain anything from them. The goal is to get a response not the click of an up arrow.

People will just cycle Ultimate skins every year when the latest one comes out. That's probably one of the minor reasons, among many more.

Why don't they just give refunds out like 1 or 2 every few months, like 3-4 months would be nice. Let's be honest we have all made mistakes in champion buying, about as many mistakes as Riot has made in champion making. Bard Evelynn Jax Vladimir Tryndamere

This is why Root tells us to make informed decisions. Try champs on free week rotations, before buying them.

Yes but some champions are fun at first while playing them in free week, but then their kit just gets old and bland. Everyone has played a champ in free week then bought them only to play them for the next 3-4 games then never touch them again

Then don't ask for refunds then, as far as they can tell, you agreed to the ToU. And the ToU specifically states
