Im a Vel'Koz main (200K mastery points) who often builds the above stated build due to its cheap cost, and high dmg output. Anyone know a list/characteristics for other champions who use this? Thanks ^.^

Erockandroll1 votesIf your going to make use of FQC, on a mid laner, your going to want someone who can poke the enemy out and drain it's charges, before clearing minions. (Morgana is a good example) You also are going to have to make use of the active, either by using it as a peeling tool, or preventing enemies from running away.
I might also point out, because of that builds cheap cost, you could get away with that as a support, assuming your playing someone who's damage oriented. (Zyra for example) Though if you did that for a support, I'd swap out FQC for eye of the watchers.
