I think Azir should have an AD ratio on his Soldiers.

It would give us different options to build him and IMO would be a fun build to play around with when you are just wanting to have some fun with friends in custom or normal games. I mean literally there is no harm in giving him an AD ratio for his soldiers.

Thoughts?

Where is the fun in that? Experimentation is always fun and breathes new life into a game that is literally just rehashed content after rehashed content. Same map, Same goal, Same champs, Same builds, Same everything.

No offense but there is zero harm in him having an AD ratio for his soldiers and could present a different build path and fun for others who are tired of pick champion a build item b do this to c.

Yes, because that is why AD Nidalee had to be nerfed out, and Maokai had to get nerfed so he didn't dominate Top lane, or Lulu for that matter. Or AD viktor that capitalized on his reworked Q AA buff. Or the recent AP rek'sai, That is being nerfed. And don't start on WARWICK in the new jungle.

experimentation within limits is fine, but more often then not, different builts find exploits that are a pain to the community, that exploit things that make the game toxic

WW is good now because of the enchantment on one of the new jungle items. AD Nidalee was a terror because she was poke able to poke you down and get away scotfree every single time without any danger to her. Top lane Lulu was a menace because she could poke you all day long and if you tried to go in she would CC you to death.

You could say the same thing about other champs. AP topwick was a problem because infinite sustain and poking him was useless because he could heal it up. AP soraka was a beast because heals all day pokes all day and bananas. Have never even see an AP reksai.

I dont see where the problem is. He is already a zoning master with AP regardless if you give him AD he will be a zoning master still.

Intentionally building a champion non-optimally may be fun for you, but there are 4 people who'd rather not see you toss the game.

If he had AD ratios on his soldier who knows it could be good enough to be decent and if you didnt read i said mainly for customs with friends or normals where the game is meant to be played for fun.

I rather build him tanky

no lol, hes already annoying to deal with in lane as ap. having ad as well would make him more broken then he already is.

This would just give him free scaling, theres no reason not to build AP, with out a soldier your autos arent that great or long range. Please no

No.

If Azir gets an AD ratio on anything it should be his ult.

Just let him have his own auto if he is in range even if a soldier can hit. That way Nashor's Tooth on hit is less of a waste. And gives him more incentive to get dangerously close.

I currently feel like early game his auto is a complete waste. His base ad is so awful that sometimes i feel like im forced to take ad runes to compensate and before people say use soldiers if you do that you will run out of mana pretty quickly even if you have a good amount of mana regen until you get chalice.
