Immense amount of LP lost per game

So I'm losing 20+ LP per game atm, and for no freakin reason either!

I know I know, "well your mmr must be low!" Or even "that's what happens when you play and lose against people of lower rank then you!" That's what you're thinking I bet, but you're mistaken.

My mmr is atm STILL average and I play against higher ranks then me almost every single game, while my team is typically lower ranked then even me, cause that's "fair," but even so I lose TWENTY GOD DAMN LP PER LOSS!!!! I get about 16 per win, which I usually have to hard carry early game so the enemy team doesn't just steam roll my idiot teammates and then also hard carry late game cause my team will always throw mid game and never listen to me or watch the minimap and just continuously get caught out and then scream for more wards even though I just pinged the enemy coming at them often times OVER TOP OF THE WARDS I PLACED!

I mean hey, I was playing with and against diamonds in my placements, 8 out of 10 of them, the other two were a plat majority and gold majority game, and even though I did perfectly fine and even won more then most my friends did with a far better KDA across all 10 games I still deranked 4 freakin ranks while 3 of my friends went like 4-6 with horrendous kdas and only won the games I duo'd with them and ranked up at least 3 ranks......

Wtf is wrong with this ELO system!? It literally makes absolutely NO SENSE at all! We have a Plat 3 ranked team where I'm one of the shot callers and typically have to hard carry my gold and plat friends.... yet I'm once again forced back into silver due to placements and this year the LP loss is even more ridiculous then any previous season... I have an above 50% win rate and yet I'm still slowly deranking due to this utter bullshit.
