Illaio froze lane dead still and got double cs of everyone in game

How about we fix that Riot? It was the dumbest thing i've ever seen in this game ever. The wave should reset, never did. Also start making the wave go to the tower in its protect zone instead of the corner, it's absolutely retarded how many champs can sit insane close and poke all day because of where the wave is and the lack of area the turret covers.
