Kassadin Change
I was thinking that instead of Kassadin's Q being a click on why not make it a Skillshot and lower the cooldown and increase the base dmg so that his dmg is not as reliable. Was wondering if anyone thinks this is a good idea or not?

i was thinking if he could be able to spam his Q ability more often then he would be able to stack tear faster which would make it more of a viable item that would fit him instead of just going ROA straight and skipping out on tear.

Kassadin just needs to suck less early game. He loses most match ups.. what i mean by this is.. hes is like Nasus.. farms up, takes a beating, the blows them up later. Except Kassadin's late game isn't as good because they nerfed his R range :P
