How is this champ balanced when she can one shot anything by pressing q and then w and then ulting. I dont understand how to even counter it because it happens in the blink of an eye and then she disappears. Can Leblanc get tuned down a bit? adjust her base damages and nerf her ratios so she doesnt delete squishies in the blink of an eye so safely?
Lol these tips. "Don't play anything squishy." Yeah okay build tank Ashe and go Malphite Mid? I was Caitlyn and bought Negatron Cloak just for LeBlanc to shove off. Q R W STILL instadeletes me with that ~120 total MR (base+40+scaling MR blues).
The champ shouldn't exist. Assassins being a core concept of league of legends is what makes league of legends anti-fun. They won't nerf her because she's "working as intended" yet somehow league of legends is a game that revolves around "counterplay".
were you playing a squishy ADC, mage or support?
If yes then you asked for leblanc to kill you.
Were you playing something that was tanky? Then leblanc got fed and you should be reporting your team for playing squishy champions that get blown up by leblanc and not building to contend with her.
In other words if you don't build a banshee's veil then you are not building to deal with leblanc.
FYI leblanc is a single target burst assassin that should be able to kill a squishy target that is not building to deal with her. It is how she is suppose to work. Stop raging about assassins being able to assassinate.

Eh it's more her slipperiness that's a problem. And that's a result of many different things:
I've played squishy mages against assasins a lot (thanks meta!). I don't have much trouble with Zed, because I can start armor+5 pots. Against Kat, flask + pots works, or sometimes I just go Doran's + pots. No problem, she has to E in and I can trade. Against LB, even starting flask + 3 pots, at level 2 her combo takes me down 40% of my health and she's instantly out of any retaliation range.
I think a nerf to LeBlanc's bases across the board would be a very reasonable nerf. The champion concept and kit currently screams "illusionist" to me, which means that she should be able to do a reasonable amount of damage while avoiding incoming fire with her mind games. Right now with her current damage output, LeBlanc is instead an absolutely insane damage dealer that's incredibly safe at the same time.
No she needs to have compensation buffs.
She already has LB is nothing compared too her old self.

every post complaining about a strong champion just make me wanna laugh. She is an assasin, she supposed to delete you, especially if you're extremely squshy. Leblanc is in the top 10 squshies champions in the game, she needs to be on top of you, literaly, to deal damage with her W, not to say she need to stay in close range to apply a snare with her E. So yeah, I wouldn't consider her bring safe
LB is squishy as fuck, can die in a CC duration regardless of champ, very high mana cost, bad wave clear, no sustain, skill-shot CC. Literally build 1 piece of MR early and you wont lose to her. But i suppose it is better to qq then get good.
But I am somewhat bias and want to see a meta without marksmen being required which has not happened since before I started playing league. It makes the game stale.
Do you realize all she's gotten since 2012 was nerf?
If you are mages, get negatron first recall, some potions and max your aoe. Shove the lane and she has zero farm. If you are bot, ward the lane and let she waste time. Get Negatron after finishing 2 items, finish banshee once you got the third.
Don't tell riot to buff something. They'll veigar it.
The only issue I would say she has is that her W gives her unparalleled utility while also giving near unparalleled burst damage.
Her Q has horrible range and is apparently supposed to be shortened even more.
Her E is an unreliable extremely slow moving skillshot with an INCREDIBLY WIDE HITBOX. While that sounds like a positive it usually just serves for minions to take the shot. that requires you to stand close to whoever it's tethered to.
Her ult also has short cooldown and no mana cost. If you were to ask me she should have one or the other, but not both.
so what you want is an assassin that cant instakill a squishy with a full combo, that is just useless
btw lbs dmg was already tuned down when dfg was removed
i dont think she is the champion that needs to be nerfed right now when this abomination 
is still on the loose and if she does nerfing her damage is not the way to go
