New Concept Bubble Summoner Spell & Stat Rework for Fiddlesticks Terrify Spell

Summoner Spell: Bubble (previously named Ride-out in thread) For 7 seconds, a 1000 range bubble forms that can be freely entered or leaved by all players. All players regardless of team who are in the bubble have 75% damage reduction to themselves and 40% damage output reduced toward enemy champions. Enemy champions in the Bubble are slowed by 80% while yourself and allies in the Bubble are slowed by 70%. Color of bubble is determined by your team's color to help indicate who's bubble it is if bubbles overlap. Where bubbles overlap regardless of team there is a 90% damage reduction, a 90% damage output reduced and all players are slowed by 90%.

Cooldown: 130 seconds.

Fiddlesticks

Terrify (Stat Changes) Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 INCREASED to 18/16/14/12/10 Target Range: 575 DECREASED to 450. Duration: 1.2/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 CHANGED 1 second or 2 seconds if already silenced.

Terrify (Ability Change) ACTIVE: Fiddlesticks causes the target enemy to Flee icon flee as well as Slow icon slowing them by 90%. Changed to ACTIVE: Fiddlesticks causes all enemies within range to Flee icon flee as well as Slow icon slowing them by 40/45/50/55/60% for 1 second. If the target is already silenced when you cast this ability, the duration is increased to 2 seconds. The slowing is also increased to 50/60/70/80/90%.

Edit: Added "Caster can end when desired" to Ride-out description. Edit2: Removed unnecessary "on him" prior to the comma after 'cast this ability' from Fiddlesticks ACTIVE description. Edit3: Ride-out named changed to Bubble. Cooldown reduced from 150 to 130. New bubble concept replaced player target. Duration increased from 5 seconds to 7 seconds. 75% damage out reduction reduced to 40%. Bubble overlap stats added. Edit4: Casting Concept Change added. Edit5: Casting Concept removed. Range lowered to 400. Fear strikes every player within range. Re-balanced slows. Reduced fear time if silenced, to 2 seconds. Cooldown rebalanced.

Love summoner, the terrify changes will just hurt fiddle tho

A major option for spellcasters against the new Terrify for Fiddlesticks, would be Banshee Vail with the shield that can block a spell.
