REMINDER : spellbinder is still impossible to stack

i tried to spam abilties in the pratice tool with CD resets,it took about 45 sec for stacking it (remember,the CD is 60 sec),it's just stupid...how am i supposed to stack it in a real game?

100 ability cast,it'd be hard even with Cassiopeia Ryze Katarina Yasuo in your game (i mean ALL of them)

why this item can't work like any other item of this game?

it'd be an useful and flexible choice (even though it should give 40%ms/100AP istead of 50%/80,60% bonus ms with 1 items is too much),but it's still niche because almost nobody can stack it,even if they play near their enemies 100 stacks are just too much

Evelynn has no issues stacking it, nor do most other characters with recasts.

You don't actually need to wait 100 stacks to use it. Using it about 50-70 stacks still give a great boost and enough to do the job.

I'd rather they caped the stacks at 50 and reduced the bonuses by 40,35%
