This is more of a question, but can anyone give me a detailed explanation of the purpose behind his passive, why you should take so much valuable time out of lane to get them, and from the looks of it shouldn't the meeps have some better purpose besides enhancing basic attacks on a mainly utility support champion? I just feel like his passive's meeps seem a bit out of place. I'd want the meeps to stay there however because they're so cute, but I'm just curious if they're weak or if I'm just not using them right.

Gather the chimes near lane and around river when you go to ward. The meeps provide a really strong AA and an AoE slow the more chimes you get.
