Imagine having the build below but dealing nearly the most damage in a match consistently. Not only over time but high burst too. I was really surprised how he dealt so much damage so then I checked the graphs. Turns out he did 33K total damage to champions, and 9K true damage to champions. Thats 27% of his total damage being bursty true damage. I'm not saying he is busted or "broken", but you have to admit he is over tuned a bit.
My biggest problem with Sett is his ult scaling...

He suplexes my teams beefiest boi onto me for bonus damage based on my allies build, extra effect if theyre doing really well?

The point is I dont need to be taking bonus damaged cause my team has a Darius that finished his black cleaver super early... its just bullshit.
Sett is not an issue champ. You'all just dont know how to play vs someone who wants to take a lot of damage so he can throw it back at you.
Good players dont try and burst him down unless they know they can dodge his W or stun him.

yeah if the enemy builds 3000 extra hp, he takes 1800 of that, and deals it to you and your team for free
Setts dpm on gol.gg is only 371, that isn't even close to being the highest.
I don't know. Sett relies on HP and stopping peel from happening. other than that, that is game. lol

Thats really nothing compared to Ornn. Replace the Trinity with a tank item and Ornn would still do more damage.
