Hitboxes OP

There are plenty of examples, and most people used to discuss Blitz hooks being unbalanced because of hitboxes or Gragas body slams. Can we fix some more hitboxes finally? I mean, Anivia Q has been coded off the animation for 4 years now as an example. Here's a video of me flashing past an Anivia Q but getting stunned.
