Game fails to launch after champ select.

The basis of it is that champ select happened, then when the game was supposed the start, the client did the usual and said "Game is still in progress..." but nothing launched to load me into the game. Thankfully I was able to force-close the whole program, but I still didn't load in til almost 2:10, so I missed the entire first wave of minions and had to lane level 1 vs level 3. This huge disadvantage ended up costing us the game since I could never get lane advantage after that point and was just getting dove over and over.
