Proceedings buffs patch 7.8

So, as most of you know, Heimerdinger is getting some buffs. Riot pls don't make him the one champion everyone wants to play constantly (by that I mean don't make him OP). Just a passive rework would be good. All you Heimerdinger mains agree with me right?

So first of all, it would be very hard to learn a new champion, like they did to Galio. But I heavily doubt they won't, because they already have once sometime around 2012-2013.

What are your thoughts on this?
