Kassadin needs rework.

Hi guys,

after this patch, Kassadin lost his only advantage: big mobility. He has lowish damage thanks to countless nerfs to it, when Riot was like "we aren't touching his ult, it's too much trademark ability to change it anyhow!" - well now they cut out his mobility without any damage being refunded. This nerf is just too much, now Kassadin can do literally nothing.

He needs to get reworked if there is any way he could be played again without getting a large buff. Kassadin is one of those "very powerful or very useless" champs. Last Q nerf has put him on the line between those. Well, now he got the hardest nerf he has ever got. Seriously, after last patch he was nearly in a balanced state (imho a bit weaker - I've also seen him in "need higher knowledge than usual to be played decently" tier on nerfplz.com tier list) just to get destroyed in 5.4.

BUT YAY, HE HAS A VISUAL REWORK! I think no one will even get to know how it looks like, as we won't see him anywhere. I'm afraid he could lose 1v0 game right now. He needs to get reworked completely if he was "still too OP" after 5.3.
