Fizz's Q does no damage

Hi there,

just found out that Fizz's Q deals 150 (reduced) damage when it's on level 5 with 300AP. I know it relies on Lich Bane a lot, but still, ain't that a bit too low amount? It's like ... Q is just a mobility spell (and way to proc W, which actually does something) now.
