Relic Shield Upgrades, Autoexecute at 99% Life Please?

I think most support players would agree, lategame you will rarely ever get an execute from a Relic Shield upgrade. You will start to poke and then someone else will come and clear the ENTIRE wave while you were in the middle of an autoattack animation (that still wouldn't kill anything).

There is no communication anyways. But even if there was, why would they wait when they can keep pushing the lane (or push it to move somewhere else). It turns into Relic Shield providing only passive gold and trying to get the rest from assists. I don't know if Ancient Coin is as great as so many people claim, but having 4 charges and never actually getting an execute is kind of sad.
