So you bought 5 item 3072 and have 100% lifesteal. You get AA once by someone with the new item Mortal Reminder. You now have grievous AIDS for the next 5 seconds in a highly unviable build to begin with. RIP

maybe nobody builds grevius wounds cause the other last whipser gives more dmg against higher hp champs

You have 5 item 3072 . You don't have much more health than them, if any. You need to have 500 more health than them for them to get the full bonus damage.

60% lifesteal is still good, grievous wound apply 40% healing reduction. also item 3074 and death's dance combined will give massive "heals" and "lifeleech"
