then. The gold generation and damage never improved when you upgraded to Frost Queen's Claim, except by not disabling when you last hit minions. What you got was the active (now on Twin Shadows) and the base stat increase (which is comparable with what Twin Shadows gives as well). Now that finishing the gold gen quest stops the passive from disabling the second you get Eye of Frost, sitting on Frostfang + buying Twin Shadows is basically the same thing for a tiny bit more gold.
