shutdown gold changes are good!
if i int with premades i can now give 0 gold when i die and make my enemy go on a killing spree then give 850 gold to my premades!!! yay! thanks for supporting my intentionally feeding behaviour!!

you can even int to the support. ( or adc if you have strong assassins)
you specifically int the one full build enemy that way they cant do anything with the gold.

...If it didn't mean feeding the enemy a lot of gold.
the main issue I see with the shutdown changes is accidental support KSing, or Junglers going on too big of a killing spree instead of giving gold to laners. I was in a game the other day, Support KS'd 3 kills by mistake (enemy would have escaped otherwise) and it did almost nothing to help the ADC do better, enemy ADC still managed to stomp them because they were behind CS and the gold gap was too marginal to matter
