@Meddler Will Armor Pen Runes/Masteries Change to Lethality R/M?

Mostly just title, I was wondering if they would stay and have their current function similar to when Spell Vamp was removed but runes and masteries for it remained, or if they will transition to Lethality?

Armor pen in runes and masteries will be changing to Lethality yes.

They're absolute trash if they do unless they're buffed considerably to compensate.
