[Client] When Champ Select loses connection and you get force-dodged

Super not fun when the client won't let you use the Lock In button when there is 2 seconds remaining and so you get a dodge penalty. Can't replicate on a consistent basis but has been an issue for a few patches. Sometimes it will lose connection in somebody else's pick and show them stuck at 0 when it's actually moved on to a new summoner. Lock in button was still available and able to be clicked and made the sound after I was at 0 for multiple seconds and then finally disconnected me after showing the others left the room earlier than me. No break happened in my internet connection during that, had a Curse call going and nothing dropped or lagged outside of League. I have a solid connection with no issues with disconnecting from chat or games, just randomly happens in Champ Select on occasion. Seen other posts about this also. [zombie-nunu-bummed]
