[Client] Champ Select Freezing

Been having this happen intermittently over the last patch or two where the client will freeze while in champ select, it has no obvious cause but sometimes glitches will show a few seconds before it freezes completely. In this instance, the whole background switched to just black, then a few seconds later it froze just like this. Task manager says it is not responding, and it does not recover. Had this happen repeatedly now, so here's a report since it keeps losing me LP and giving me 6 minute queue timers. Doesn't seem to be obviously reproducible from my experience. Only played a couple games before this so the client hadn't been running long.
