Top: "Don't gank or I feed" Guess what happened next in my promo game?

Yeah you guessed it. Our Yi ganked and got a kill top, Rammus proceeds to walk mid and feed the Annie I was facing 8 times and then afk for a bit. BUT WAIT. He came back, everything was kinda chill and he got a few kills, and guess what happened next? Yi ganked again, Rammus fed some more, their Jayce top laner and Annie proceeded to annihilate us and I lost promos again. Checked his match history, he does it quite a bit based on his death totals in a lot of games. Multiple reports were sent but I'm sure nothing will happen. Just another thread of why promos suck as a method for moving people up in rank, I can win all the games I need to in a division to get up to promos and then BAM one troll game and the statistically imminent loss and gg no promotion no matter that I won everything to get there.
