So my first question is does anyone know where I can find a list showing Mf's changes like change by change? Also MF's q now does AP was it always like this because would it be because they wanted her to be played AP maybe too?

Bottom of the page I believe is where you can find her changes.
She got an AP ratio on her q awhile ago I believe, after her first mini rework (the one without the VU.).
It got a bonus ap ratio so that it would help AP MF a little bit, because the rework hurt her AP build a lot.
