Firecannon Stacks with ------?

The new item Firecannon (increases range on 100 stacks does BONUS magic damage). Does this item stack by stack I mean adds on to the bonus magic dmg it gives you as Ex Lichbane+Firecannon = more magic damage. Does this item stack with Lichbane On hit effects Statik Shiv? Etc ^
