Zoe's appearance in champ select

I've bought Zoe on 11/21/17 when games were actually down, this might be why I can't find her in normal draft, maybe the system had a little bug? I've been able to find her in custom games but not real draft games.

Little more clarification I don't have my 7800 blue essence cause I indeed did buy Zoe , and I don't have my 1350 rp cause I bought cyberpop skin. I'm just concerned cause it's a bit confusing to me when I can't find the champ I bought.

As well, the only time i can see her is when I go into champ select and then go to the option where it shows champions you don't have a S with and search up Zoe and she will appear. Once I get a S on her then she'll disappear so that isn't a safe way to pick a champ.

When I try classes to search her on in champ select Mage: Does not appear Tank: Does not appear Support: Does not appear ADC: Does not appear Loot Boxes that haven't been retrieved by X champion: Zoe Appears

Same problem but she wont even appear in the Loot Boxes section...she is just nowhere to be found in champ select even though I own her.... summoner 3

Zoe doesn't appear when searching for "mid" etc, because it only shows the most popular picks for that role from the last patch. Since Zoe didn't exist last patch, she is not listed there.

I have the same problem, i bought the champion i play her two times and since i nerver see her in my list
