From my experience, mostly in ranked, Wukong is a really strong pick. Most Wukong players I've seen jump in and take out 2-3 champions along with them. I remember dying in 1.5 seconds by a Wukong, without Ultimate.
I never really understood why people called Wukong weak. Especially now with the rework, he straight up seems Sett 2.0
Can anyone explain?
have you ever tried playing wukong ? literally go play wukong against jax/darius/fiora/renekton/riven/ornn/sett and tell me if you went 0/5 or 0/15. you only see a wukong that's fed and one shotting. prior to getting those 3 lethality items, you can destroy the living sht out of him.
Yh I don't get how he is weak tbh. Its so rare to verse a Wukong but whenever I do he always carries and one shots literally anyone even without ultimate. Guess what now they are buffing him which isn't fair.
He is weak because he was designed as an bruiser, but he was hella weak as a bruiser and turned out into assassin. He can't compete with 
on top. All he can do is going mid or jungle.
Wukong is in the same boat as Nocturne if you ask me. They both suffer from being under-tuned at their primary role because they are role flexbile. Which doesnt do anything besides give them a choice between being a shitty bruiser or a shitty assassin.
