Mages with Mobility

So for the most part I'm holding my opinion in check until I see the items and can play with them,

HOWEVER, there are 2 huge problems I have.

The new dashing Item plus Leblanc....is anyone else concerned? Shes already got the option to have 2, can we make it so leblanc cant buy it? pls? lol.

and fizz, Im not considered the dash itself,but the time it will buy to let him get cds. He already has a short CD with his E at 40% cdr. add that with zhonyas active hes got another time killer to wait for another E cd. NOW a dash which will probably buy him time for more E usage..
